Mums Only Sessions



Teaching a lot of juniors we have realised that the one and most important can sometimes be forgotten is mum. Many of our mums drop of and don’t get enough time to train or even get to the gym. The hardest thing is to get motivated to get fit. At CMAA our mums morning classes are after drop off and convenient for all. The class is goals based, so goals and targets are set with the instructor from the first class. Cardio fitness and weight loss using the basics of Karate assist our mums to achieve their goals.
